Sanxiu Playground Warranty Policy

At Sanxiu Playground, quality is at the core of everything we do. We use premium materials, advanced machinery, and strict quality control to ensure that every piece of equipment we deliver meets the highest industry standards. Our comprehensive and competitive warranty program reflects our confidence in our products.

Our Commitment to Quality

This warranty applies to installed playground equipment provided by Sanxiu Playground. Our goal is to deliver safe, durable, and innovative playgrounds that children can enjoy for years to come.

Limited Warranty

We provide a one-year limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering structural failures due to material or manufacturing defects during normal use. The equipment must be installed according to Sanxiu Playground’s official specifications and guidelines.

Within the one-year warranty period, we will either repair defective parts or supply replacement parts free of charge (excluding freight and labor costs for removal or reinstallation).

Warranty Coverage by Product Category

Metal Components – 2 Years

  • Galvanized steel pipes
  • Metal supports for shooting games (excluding guns, cannons, ball blasters)
  • Stainless steel hardware (bolts, screws, nuts, washers)

Plastic & Fiberglass Components – 2 Years

    • LLDPE plastic and fiberglass parts: tunnels, slides, swings, panels, junction tubes, themed roofs, etc.
    • Includes seesaws, watch towers, plastic houses, and cubes

Metal Components – 2 Years

      • Galvanized steel pipes
      • Metal supports for shooting games (excluding guns, cannons, ball blasters)
      • Stainless steel hardware (bolts, screws, nuts, washers)

Soft Play Components – 1 Year

      • Wood or sponge parts wrapped in PVC: platforms, themed panels, cartoon decorations, wall cushions
      • Climbers, soft fences, stairs, punching bags, flooring mats, and other soft obstacles

Special Equipment Warranty

Kids’ Merry-Go-Round – 1 Year

        • Electrical and mechanical components: motors, air blowers, gearboxes, magnetic valves, buttons
        • Frame, structure, padding, and soft surface materials

Soft Play Components – 1 Year

        • Wood or sponge parts wrapped in PVC: platforms, themed panels, cartoon decorations, wall cushions
        • Climbers, soft fences, stairs, punching bags, flooring mats, and other soft obstacles

Spare Parts Included

All turnkey playground solutions from Sanxiu Playground include complimentary spare parts, enough to support maintenance for 1–3 years.
Customers are responsible for:

        • Using parts with proper care
        • Following the official installation and maintenance manuals
        • Storing spare parts safely and securely

Important Notes

        • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If the equipment is sold, transferred, or mortgaged, the warranty is void.
        • Cosmetic wear and tear or misuse is not covered under this warranty.
        • Warranty is valid only if the playground is installed and maintained according to Sanxiu Playground’s official instructions.
